Q.  How long should I expect before I receive my order?

A.  Typically all orders are shipped within three business days. You should expect to receive it within 7 to 10 business days.

Q.  Do you offer discounts on volume?

A.  Yes we do. Our contact us page is where you would let us know your needs.

Q. How about discounts on shipping on multiple purchases.

A. Shipping is based on volume. You should expect to Pay flat rate shipping up to $50and then 15% of your total over that.

Q. I noticed you deal a lot with Angel items, but then you have other things like handmade crafts. Why is that?

A. Our customers are important in not only what they buy, but also what their needs are. If there is something special you want, a request is all you need. We will do our very best to satisfy that need.

Q. Do you handle special orders in your Arts and Crafts division?

A. Yes, many times we are asked about special sizes and special woods. We will do our best to fill those requests. We advise you ask for a price quote for special requests.
